  • In a very playful and engaging way, children explore mindfulness through their senses. with activities such as breath techniques, movement, sound, taste, meditation and more.
  • Practice improve the students social, mental emotional, and physical well being. It increases attention, decreases Stress and Anxiety and strengthen Compassion.
