Meggie is a comic artist currently obtaining her MFA in Comics at California College of the Arts, and aspires to find a faculty position teaching comics after she graduates. Previously she contributed as an editorial cartoonist for the Michigan Daily at the University of Michigan as well as an editorial cartoonist/designer for Saagara, the health and wellness company. She has participated in multiple comic cons, both as a volunteer and selling her own publications. Connect with Meggie



Yael is a visual artist and storyteller. Her passion for image making led her to The Art Students League of New York where she became acquainted with classical techniques of figure drawing, painting, and color theory. She later went on receive a BFA of illustration from Parsons the New School for Design. It was at Parsons where she was exposed to the world of sequential art, and realized it housed amazing potential for exploring text/image interactions. Since graduating, she has worked for the Unemployed Philosophers Guild as an illustrator and designer. She is currently pursuing an MFA in comics at California College of the Arts.
